Your account lives at Casinolab and only the operator can restore, verify or unblock it. This guide walks you through signing in, recovering access, and reaching support when something goes wrong.
The route to your account
Signing in takes three steps, all carried out on the operator's own site:
- Open the Casinolab site in your browser.
- Select the sign-in button.
- Enter the email address and password you chose when registering, then confirm.
No account yet? Registration happens at the operator too, through its sign-up flow.
The handful of things that go wrong
When sign-in fails, the cause is usually one of these:
- Wrong credentials – check the email matches the one used at registration, and that the password is typed exactly as set, including case.
- Caps lock on – passwords are case-sensitive.
- Unverified account – the operator may block access until you upload ID and proof of address.
- Browser session issue – clear cookies and cache, then try again.
- Self-exclusion active – if you requested a break, access is blocked until the period ends. Contact support if you need help or want to extend it.
- Regional restriction – Casinolab does not accept players from certain countries. Restricted territories include Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, Sweden, Ukraine (including Crimea), the United States, and Côte d'Ivoire.
Getting in from a phone
The operator's site works in any mobile browser. Open it, sign in with the same email and password you use on desktop, and you're in. The account is the same across devices.
Getting back in
Forgotten your password? The operator's site has a reset link on the sign-in screen. Enter the email address you registered with, and the operator will send a message with instructions to set a new one.
If the email address you used at registration is no longer accessible, contact support directly. They'll ask you to verify ownership of the account before making changes.
When the block is deliberate
Some restrictions are applied by the operator for specific reasons:
| Cause | What happens |
|---|---|
| Verification pending | Withdrawals blocked until documents approved, usually within 10 days of submission. |
| Inactivity over 180 days | Monthly administration fee of 5 EUR charged until balance reaches zero. |
| Self-exclusion requested | Access blocked for the duration you specified. |
| Source-of-funds check | Operator may request bank statements or transaction histories before releasing funds. |
Each of these requires action from the operator. Our portal cannot lift a block or expedite verification.
The right door for help
Account problems go to the operator's support team. Reach them by email at the address given on the Casinolab site, or through live chat, which runs 24/7.
Before contacting them, have three things ready: the email address on your account, when the problem started, and the exact message shown on screen. That information lets support answer your question in the first reply rather than asking for it later.
Keeping access safe
Sign in only on the operator's own address – typed into the browser or reached through a bookmark you saved yourself. Never follow a link in an email or message, even if it looks legitimate. Phishing sites copy the real page perfectly, and the only difference is the address.
Use a password you've set nowhere else. If one site is breached, a unique password stops the problem spreading to your accounts elsewhere.
On a shared device, sign out when you're done. Anyone using the same browser after you can reach your account if the session is still open.
Gambling is entertainment, not income. If it stops feeling that way, free and confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org or by calling the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, open 24/7. Access to this site is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+).
